*Terms of Service Agreement. I confirm that my backing fabric and batting are 4-6 inches longer than my quilt top. I understand if it is too small, a $15 machine preparation/leader fee may be applied to my invoice. I acknowledge a shop minimum of $50. I understand I will receive a price estimate upon submission and final balance invoice once project is completed. Payment is due at time of pickup or shipment.

*Shipping & Liability Agreement. Star Sitchery Studio is not responsible for quilts lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. Every quilt is handled with care, but quilting results may be affected by the condition and constuction of the quilt top, backing, or materials provided by the client.
